Partnering with CTEP to Bridge the Digital Divide

We recently began partnering with CTEP (Community Technology Empowerment Project), a program of the St. Paul Neighborhood Network, that bridges the digital divide for recent immigrants and low-income communities in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
