Give to the Max Day! - Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 On this day of giving, we hope you will think of Minnesota Computers for Schools (MCFS) and that you will take advantage of this online matching gift program available only for gifts made on GiveMN.org, from 8:00 a.m. on November 17, 2009 until 8:00 a.m. on November 18, 2009. Supporting Minnesota Computers for Schools has never been so easy, or so vital, as it will be on Tuesday, November 17. Why?

GiveMN.org, a Web site created by the Minnesota Community Foundation to maximize online giving to local nonprofits, will be matching all gifts made to MCFS on that day.

Starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, all donations made to Minnesota Computers for Schools through GiveMN.org will be matched. $500,000 will be distributed among all of the organizations that participate and the organization with the top number of givers receives an additional $5,000.

Every donation made between 8 a.m. on November 17 and 8 a.m. on November 18 will receive some portion of the $500,000 available to be matched.
